Isshī is an American brand, and we ship all packages domestically via USPS. Isshī is not liable for any lost, stolen, or un-retrieved packages marked as "delivered". If for any reason there are any issues with a package, we will do our best to help you, though once out of our hands, we are not responsible. We offer various shipping options, which you can choose from at checkout. Ensure that your address is accurate!

International

Isshī is not responsible for whatever duties and/or taxes your shipments may incur once they arrive into your country. For all international orders, we do offer various courier services at check out. If your preferred method is chosen as USPS, once it leaves the USA, we will no longer have its whereabouts, as this parcel will be transferred to your governments postal service. Isshī is not liable for any lost, stolen, or un-retrieved packages marked as "delivered". We offer various shipping options, which you can choose from at checkout. Ensure that your address is accurate!

Because our pieces are all one of kind and handmade to order, all sales are final and Isshī does not grant returns or exchanges. Due to the delicate and dainty nature of some of our treasures, we know that "life" can happen. We do offer a case by case after sales service for repairs (a fee of $50, if applicable). We cannot replace broken cords/ chains, oxidized precious metal elements, general wear and tear, including pieces that have been bent out of shape, twisted, or broken. All repairs are subject to approval. Email all repair inquiries with detailed photos to hello.isshi@isshi.us.

When shipping repairs back to Isshī, you must send it back in its original dust bag, and or hard case to protect it from further damage whilst in transit. Any item that is damaged and or brutalized during shipment will not be accepted for repair and sent back. Isshī is not responsible for repair shipment costs.

Isshī reserves the right to refuse any item if the above criteria is not met.
