Isshī is an American brand, and we ship all packages domestically via USPS. Isshī is not liable for any lost, stolen, or un-retrieved packages marked as "delivered". If for any reason there are any issues with a package, we will do our best to help you, though once out of our hands, we are not responsible. We offer various shipping options, which you can choose from at checkout. Ensure that your address is accurate!

Isshī is not responsible for whatever duties and/or taxes your shipments may incur once they arrive in your country. For all international orders, we do offer various courier services at check out. If your preferred method is chosen as USPS, once it leaves the USA, we will no longer have its whereabouts, as this parcel will be transferred to your government's postal service. Rush Deliveries

We understand the nature of living in a fast-paced world and the necessity for things on demand. Isshī is a brand dedicated to lessening the overall carbon footprint and we implement sustainable practices for the care of our Earth. We do not offer "rush" deliveries. All of our treasures are handmade to order. This means we do not sit on ANY stock of any product and your order has to be made specifically for you. Clients are more than welcome to upgrade the shipping type once the piece is ready. Prior to shipment, there is a wait time that can't be overridden.
